In addition, it facilitates access to information regarding the municipality and the executive, providing more transparency and convenience in obtaining information.Through the Application, in a simple and quick way, citizens can access information regarding the services listed below:• News: in this item, citizens will be able to view, through the application itself, all the materials that are made available on the City Hall Portal.
The news is displayed in a list organized by date and presents, in addition to the texts, the images associated with the article and other content related to it, enabling citizens to obtain more information on the subject of interest.• Service Letter: this tool presents citizens with all the services offered by the City Hall, as well as all the information regarding each of these services.• Request service: Through this tool, the citizen will be able, through the list of services provided by the administration, request that the City Hall carry out actions in the place indicated by the citizen.• Talk to us: through this tool, with a simple registration, any citizen can send a message to the City Hall and receive the answer by e-mail or query it through the system, reducing the distance between the administration and the citizen.• e-SIC: Citizens can now access information, as determined by Law 12,519, the LAI, in addition to being able to consult requests for information through their own smartphone.• Legislation: It will be possible to view all laws, decrees, ordinances and other municipal legislation and download them.• Tourism: Now it will be possible to know which are the tourist points of the municipality, in addition to establishments in the area of ​​leisure, lodging and gastronomy, all in a simple, quick and easy way.• Videos: This item allows the citizen to view, in the application itself, all the videos made available by the City Hall Portal.The Application of the City Hall of Caetanópolis also has a keyword search tool, to facilitate the location of any content available in the City Hall database.
